Catching and throwing are essential skills for youth lacrosse players and will dramatically improve their enjoyment during the first few months of the season. Stick skills are the responsibility of the player, especially as they get older the better their basic stick skills are the more they get out of practice.
We are asking our players to just spend 15-20 minutes a day on building their stick skills outside of practice.
